Sue has collected glass paintings for many years. These ones are from Rajasthan in India. Painted in the last 30 years. They are made in a traditional reverse glass painting process, an art form consisting of applying paint to the back of the glass. They frequently depict the local and popular Maharajas and Maharanis of Rajasthan .
