Golden yellow complex hand woven flat weave rug originally from Morocco .Ive not seen one quite like it in both scale ,detail,colour and condition .
It could be used as a throw or curtain as well as a floor covering .There is so much to look at but favourite bit is the checkerboard centre ....being a weaver myself I appreciate what a marvel this piece really is !
It has been woven in wool and cactus silk ,the wool gives it weight while the silk adds a subtle luxurious sheen .
